All I Said Was "I Do" - Murder Mystery Dinner

The Williamston Farmers' Market in conjunction with the Williamston Theatre is proud to announce its first annual murder mystery dinner called "All I Said Was "I DO!" Written by Richard L. Baldwin with assistance from John Lepard and Dee O'Connor (Buttonwood Press, Haslett, MI).  "All I said was "I DO!" is a murder mystery dinner performance with the entire show taking place at a wedding reception.  You are invited to the party to help solve the mystery.  Directed by: John Lepard, Manager of the Williamston Theatre; Produced by Marlene Ann Epley, Director of Williamston Farmers Market; Cast: Williamston Area Residents, Business Owners, and Public Officials.

COLLEGE DAY @ THE MARKET
Sunday, August 27, from 10 am - 2 pm

The Williamston Farmers' Market has live animals, fresh fruit and vegetables, live music, and children’s activities — and on August 27, they’ll have Colleges. The Williamston Farmers' Market and The Capital Area College Access Network (CapCAN) have teamed up to host the second annual College Day @ The Market.

College Day @ The Market features colleges and education institutions from around the state of Michigan including; Michigan State University, Northern Michigan University, Career Quest, Western University, Central University, Sienna Heights, Davenport University and many more. This is a family-friendly event and many of the colleges will have hands-on activities for children. College Day @ The Market is targeted toward high school students and adults looking to go back and continue their education.  Institutions will have information on degree, credential, apprenticeship, and masters programs along with financial aid. College advisers from the CapCAN will be on hand to help you navigate the process.

Children 10 years old and under can stop by the CapCAN booth and pick up a Passport Bingo Sheet to take to all the colleges to be entered into a drawing. Attendees are encouraged to bring Box Tops for Education to support Williamston Schools, Box Tops can be dropped off at the CapCAN booth.

College Day @ The Market is located in The McCormick Park parking lot, right beside The Farmers' Market.
